1. How long is the rental?

Every Edit is reserved for the entire weekend. Pickup is available Friday evening, and returns are due Sunday before 6:00 PM, giving you plenty of time to celebrate without feeling rushed.

2. Is setup included?

Our Edits are designed to be simple and straightforward to set up.If you choose Local Delivery & Pickup, you'll be responsible for setting up and packing everything back into the provided labeled bins.If you choose Delivery, Setup & Pickup, we'll handle the setup before your celebration. You'll simply return everything to its labeled bins when you're finished, and we'll take care of the pickup.

3. Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We offer delivery throughout San Diego County.Local Delivery & Pickup is available within 15 miles of Santee. Locations beyond our local service area are welcome and may be subject to an additional mileage fee.

4. What if it rains or we need to reschedule?

We understand that plans can change. If severe weather or unexpected circumstances affect your celebration, please reach out as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability. For complete details, please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. How do I reserve an Edit?

Simply submit a reservation request through our website. We'll personally review your request, confirm availability, and send your rental agreement and payment instructions. Your reservation is confirmed once your agreement has been signed and payment has been received.

6. Are the Edits cleaned between rentals?

Absolutely. Every Edit is carefully cleaned, sanitized, inspected, and inventoried before and after each reservation to ensure everything arrives in excellent condition and ready for your celebration.

7. What happens if something is lost or damaged?

We understand that normal wear happens during celebrations. However, the customer is responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items beyond normal use. Additional details can be found in our Rental Agreement.

8. Can I customize an Edit or request something you don't currently offer?

We'd love to hear your ideas! Our collection is always growing, and while we can't guarantee every request, we're always excited to explore new possibilities. In fact, your idea might even inspire one of our future Edits.

9. Do you offer individual rentals?

At this time, our experiences are available as thoughtfully curated Edits rather than individual item rentals. We've carefully designed each Edit to include everything needed to create a seamless and memorable celebration.

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our secure online checkout, as well as Venmo and Zelle. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until your rental agreement has been signed and full payment has been received.
