Refund and Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change.
Life happens, weather changes, and sometimes celebrations need to be rescheduled. Our goal is to be as flexible as possible while also protecting the time and care that goes into preparing each Edit.
We believe in thoughtful details, honest communication, and creating experiences we're proud to share with our own families.
If something isn't right, we want to know. We'll always do our best to make it right whenever we reasonably can.
Receive a full refund or choose to apply your payment as a credit toward a future reservation.
More than 14 days before your reservation
Receive a 50% refund, or apply your full payment as a credit toward a future reservation within 12 months.
7 to 14 days before your reservation
Less than 7 days before your reservation
Because your Edit has likely already been prepared and reserved exclusively for you, payments are non-refundable.
Whenever possible, we're happy to work with you to reschedule your reservation.
Weather
If severe weather makes your outdoor celebration unsafe, we'll gladly work with you to reschedule your reservation at no additional charge, subject to availability.
Examples include:

Heavy rain

High winds

Extreme weather conditions
Light overcast or cooler temperatures generally do not qualify.
Reservations that are not picked up or accepted at the scheduled time without prior communication are considered forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.
No Shows
Early Returns
Returning your Edit early does not change the rental fee.
Damaged or Missing Items
We understand that normal wear happens during celebrations.
However, customers are responsible for equipment that is lost, stolen, intentionally damaged, or returned with damage beyond normal use.
Replacement costs are outlined in your rental agreement.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
If We Need to Cancel
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your reservation due to equipment failure, unforeseen circumstances, or conditions beyond our control, you'll receive a full refund of all payments made.
If available, we'll also do our best to offer a comparable replacement Edit or help reschedule your celebration.
